  1. Multichannel customer experience. Consumers are looking for an omnichannel shopping experience in 2022 for easier and faster shopping, especially at their convenience.
  2. Predictive analytics. Businesses will focus more on converting data insight using predictive analytics and AI, to target customers in a more personalized way.
  3. Understanding customers using data. No more guesswork in marketing, companies will now work with data-driven insights to create efficient and personalized CX for customers.
